I CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT OR COLOUR I WANT // THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. HELP!

If the product or colour you are looking for is not available in your local Amazon Marketplace, it means that we are currently out of stock of that product for your location. 

To be kept up-to-date on product restocks, we recommend following us on social media. 

HOW DOES BREXIT AFFECT ME ORDERING FROM YOU?
Due to a combination of Covid and Brexit, some of our customers have sadly been experiencing delays to their orders. Please know that we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum, and that your shopping experience with us is a fabulous one.

Brexit has been throwing us some curveballs that we were not anticipating. Whilst we could go in to the details, we’re sure you’d rather be spending time with your journals…so this is the most important thing to let you know:

Brexit is affecting the availability of some of our products in certain EU countries. If you live in the EU, the BEST way to purchase STM is through your local Amazon marketplace.

If you’re having difficulty finding or purchasing a product that you could previously buy with no problem, we would firstly advise you to check your local Amazon marketplace. If you’re still unable to purchase, the likelihood is that Brexit is the reason for that 🙂

If you have already placed an order, please know that it will be on its way to you. Due to increased demand on online shopping this year – along with Covid complications – orders are taking a little longer to ship than usual. If we see that there may be an issue with your order, we will contact you via email. We thank you for your patience in this ❤

DO YOU STILL SELL YOUR PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF AMAZON?

Currently, the only way you can purchase STM is through Amazon.

(We used to sell our products directly from our own website, however this is now being phased out due to logistical reasons).

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?

As orders are fulfilled by Amazon, they’re usually pretty fast – as soon as the next day.

Due to current ongoing complications due to Covid and Brexit, however, there may be a delay in some cases. You should be able to see an estimated delivery date on Amazon before placing your order – along with any additional charges, if applicable.

WILL THERE BE ANY TAXES APPLICABLE TO MY ORDER?

As all orders are processed by Amazon, you should be able to see any additional charges or taxes at checkout before placing your order. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ICONIC AND THE PRO JOURNALS?

The only difference between the Iconic and Pro is that the Iconic has doodles on the front, whereas the Pro is a plain cover.

I NEED HELP LOCATING MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you need help locating your order, the quickest and easiest way to get the support you need is to reach out to Amazon directly. 

Helpful hint: if your order is saying it has been delivered – but you haven’t received it – we recommend that you check around your property and with neighbours before reaching out for support. In the majority of cases, the order can usually be located in one of those two places, OR arrives later on during the same day (despite being updated as ‘delivered’).

I'd like to return my item. What is the procedure?
