What is the difference between the Iconic and Pro styles?
The Iconic and Pro styles are exactly the same on the inside. The only difference is the cover. Iconic style has more doodles on the cover whilst the Pro is more plain.
The product I am looking for is not in stock. Is it discontinued?
All of our products are part of seasonal collections. This means once it’s no longer on the website, it’s most likely sold out.
Where are the products made?
Our products are designed and prototyped in the UK. For mass manufacturing our products are made in China using good business practices.
I heard your products are vegan. Really?
We love animals and stand for their rights. No animal products are part of our manufacturing including the synthetic leather.

Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long does it take to process an order?
We process our orders withing 24 hours. If you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following business day.
Which carrier will handle my parcel?
All our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail (UK's official postal service). For international orders Royal Mail handles your order until it arrives to your country. It then collaborates with a local mailing service to get your order to you.

UK orders: 2 days*
Europe orders: 4 to 8 days*
World Zone 1: 6 to 14 days*

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
Please give a few days for your order to arrive as international orders might experience delays due to custom clearance and/or local mailing service delays. If you have not received your order still. you can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How much will I be charged for customs tax?
Depending on the destination country, you may need to pay overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Unless otherwise stated, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. Orders returned to our warehouse due to unpaid customs duties/foreign taxes will be cancelled and refunded.
If you decide not to pay for the customs fee, the parcel will eventually be returned to our Head Office, where we will then be able to refund you for your order.
